Anne Squires

Anne Squires has been a community active , top producing realtor in Newfoundland Labrador for 25 years.

 With an eye for detail, an enthusiastic, personal and passionate approach for achieving results and an eagerness to ensure all is done  smoothly, she is relentless in seeing the project to fruition.

 As franchisee for Exit Realty on the Rock in Newfoundland Labrador since 2004, Anne has grown the brand to 7 offices across the province and has been the recipient of  National and International awards for the success and production levels from these offices.

 The offices under her direction have been instrumental through numerous fundraising camapigns   donating in excess of 400,000 dollars to local charites in this time.

 Late 2011, Anne became the Regional Owner of the Province of Alberta and is now working diligently to assist in bringing the 6 existing franchises currently operating in Alberta to the next level and intent on expanding the Exit brand with her hands on efforts to select ideal candidates as the new franchisees for other Alberta locations.
