My name is Adam Boulet and I am a licenced real estate agent with the Ottawa Real Estate Board. I believe that Real Estate is More Than Just a Transaction.  This is why my primary focus is ensuring my clients needs and expectations are met or exceeded each and every time. 

I service Ottawa & smaller communities within a short drive to the city center. Including; Embrun, Limoges, Russell, Vars, Orleans, Casselman, Metcalfe, Greely, Manotick & Barrhaven.  My business is focused on residential real estate.  My experience and expertise help guide my clients through a wide range of transactions. Including buying or selling; condos, residential homes or new home construction.  I can guide you through a competitive market or make sure that well & septic system are working the way they should!

My career in Real Estate began in 2008. Since then, Ive been lucky to be recognized multiple times by EXIT Realty International and EXIT Realty of Eastern Ontario with Awards for number of transactions. EXIT Realty is home to some of the most productive agents in the city and is ranked in the top 5 within the OREB. I am supported by a full-service office and a team that is constantly growing sharing our knowledge and experiences.  In my opinion, we have the strongest administration and support staff in the city.  They take care of the details while I focus on my clients needs. They have been with us for many years and my clients are always happy to speak with them if I happen to be serving other clients.

I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart and have 4 wonderful children. My family are the highlight of my day. I am a passionate hockey fan & stay active in local hockey & soccer leagues. Coming from a musical background, & love to spend time playing guitar & drums.
