Adam Rockstad

I am Adam Rockstad, a lifelong resident of East Grand Forks MN and Realtor with Exit Realty Heartland.  I specialize in maximizing value in the sale and purchase of Residential, Commercial, and Investment  in Grand Forks, Mayville, Grafton, North Dakota, East Grand Forks, Crookston, Hallock, Minnesota along with all surrounding communities of the Northern Red River Valley.

 

I have spent the majority of my career in new construction and remodeling existing homes.  I also own and operate an electrical contracting company.  I have owned and managed residential rental properties for over ten years.  Only recently licensed in 2017, I have been a principal in numerous transactions, and have gained a substantial amount of real world experience over the last 15 years.  

Everyone knows you are who you associate with.  So when I had the opportunity to be part of Exit Realty Heartland, I realized the affiliation would be a perfect fit with my values.  The environment at Exit is positive, and customer focussed.  The comradery and team atmosphere assists in my success as well as the customer knowing they have everyone on board for their best outcome.  

The most important part of Adam Rockstad's life are his supportive wife Paula, and awesome son Ryan.

 

If we aren't at the hockey arena, we enjoy snowboarding, ice fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, spending time at the lake, or my personal favorite traveling.  I have the BEST family, and they are the reason I can pursue my passion for Real Estate!
