Alissa Prentice

"Do the Right Thing."  This is a motto I live by not only in my career, but in my personal life as well. My name is Alissa Prentice and I am a full time REALTOR® and co-owner at EXIT Midstate Realty in Weston.  I do most of my business in the Central Wisconsin area, working with buyers and sellers of all types - from first time home buyers, to those moving up from their starter home, to retirees, and everyone in between.  I've been blessed to work with buyers and sellers from all walks of life, which is the variety I truly enjoy about this business.

My passion for helping people gives my clients confidence in knowing that I have their back throughout their purchase.  My knowledge covers many aspects of the real estate process, including sales, marketing, technology, communication and attention to detail.  I also have experience working with various types of mortgage financing, and in working alongside inspectors and contractors.

I began working as a licensed real estate assistant in 2008 and was also involved in direct sales through a home-based business where I learned my love for sales and marketing.  I became a full time REALTOR® in January of 2014.  In December 2018 my business partner and I decided we had grown to the point that we were ready to open our own brokerage, which is where we are today @ EXIT Midstate Realty.  I firmly believe in continual training and do so by attending local and national conventions each year.

I was born and raised in Mosinee and have had a lot of fun connecting with fellow Mosinee Alumn to assist them in their buying and selling needs.  I am married to my college sweetheart, Josh.  We have lived in Schofield for over a decade and have two boys who attend D.C. Everest Schools.  I am blessed with the ability to provide exemplary service to clients while having a flexible schedule for my family.  When I'm not working I love to travel, go camping and spend time with family and friends.  If you meet me out and about in the community, it's likely you will hear my recognizable laugh before you even see me!
