Buying a home can be an emotional process. It can be filled with excitement as you view homes that just fit perfectly for what you're looking for- and  disappointment can be experienced when being told news that a particular deal may not go through. It is my job to continue to hold your hand through the process and keep taking steps forward to help you find the home that will be just right for what you're looking for.

Also, you may find a time in your life when you consider real estate investing and want to utilize a property as a source of income. This can range from purchasing a duplex for your first starter home, to seeing a property that can be developed into a multi-unit property. I keep my eyes open for a variety of current opportunities for those looking for an investment property- and NOW is an amazing time for some amazing deals on the market!

I am "The Hippie Agent" because I want to make sure everyone is happy with the outcome and I love it when everyone gets along! Also, before getting into real estate, I was in the spa industry for 20 years.

Continual learning is a value I bring to all my clients. I earned my Associate's Degree in Business Management and Administration in 2003; and I have my Bachelor's Degree in Alternative Medicine. I am on my way towards earning an MBA. Some specialized real estate courses I have taken to better serve my clients include: 1031 Exchange; Knowing Your Water Rights; Entrepreneurship; Luxury Real Estate Marketing; Social Media Strategies; Home Inspection; and more I haven't listed here.
