Amber Polk

My name is Amber and I love real estate. Maybe it was a seed planted through my childhood in moving from continent to continent but for me there is no greater joy than compassionately helping others, especially with something as monumental (and fun) as finding a home. I can relate to the desire to take flight relocating for a new adventure and I personally understand planting roots to raise your family with a sense of community. I have lived both. "You can have roots and wings."

I am a proud Christ-follower, wife, mama and Mississippi girl who has lived in Shelby County, AL for over 20 years by way of Nigeria, Indonesia and Singapore. After receiving a BA from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, my husband, Dustin, and I chose Shelby County to build our lives together. We have two daughters and a son. Prior to becoming a realtor at EXIT Realty Cahaba, I had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales where I served physicians and patients across central Alabama. I have always been involved in our children's schools and have volunteered within my community and church. I have served as room mom, team mom, and even a homeschool mom for a couple of years. Currently, I serve as a board member for the Shelby Board of Education, as Community Outreach Coordinator for LOCAL Alabama, as board member for PTO and Athletic Boosters for Chelsea Middle School and on the leadership team for EXIT Realty Cahaba.
