Hello, I'm Andrea Capek, and I've dedicated 22 years to the real estate industry, making Sarasota, Florida my home. Over the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of working with Exit King Realty, where I've excelled as a seasoned real estate professional. My specialization is in probate properties which has allowed me to assist numerous families through challenging times, providing them with the guidance and support they need.

Consistently recognized as one of the top 10 agents within my company, I take immense pride in my work and the satisfaction of my clients. Not only do I excel in real estate, but I'm also passionate about nurturing the next generation of agents. Through training and mentorship, I strive to share my knowledge and experience, helping them grow in this dynamic field.

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply committed to community service. Volunteering is not just an activity; it's a part of who I am. Giving back to the community that has embraced me is a fulfilling and important aspect of my life. I have served as the community engagement and grants co-chair for Donors of Distinction, a distinguished role that I held throughout 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, in 2022, I took on the position of Community Outreach committee chair for The Real Estate Association of Sarasota and Manatee where I was also granted Humanitarian of the Year for 2022.

Recognizing the important of a strong and secure community, I acknowledge the invaluable role played by law enforcement as I also currently sit on the Governing Board for the Sarasota Police Foundation. I appreciate that a robust police force contributes to the overall well-being of the community, and I actively support initiatives that promote a safe and healthy environment for all.
