Andria Tarter

        My name is Andria Tarter, and I have raised my family in the East Valley of Arizona for the last 10+ years. I've seen this area grow into the thriving community that it has become. 

        I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties all around the Greater Phoenix and surrounding Area's. This area and surrounding areas have experienced tremendous growth in the last few years, and are expected to have even more growth. 

       I specialize in helping sellers and buyers negotiate the best price for their home. Always looking out for the best interest of my clients as their fiduciary. 

       I have been licensed since 2016 in Real Estate. I am always learning new and innovative ways to understand how help sellers, buyers, and investors with their properties. Growing up in the mid west, I was raised in the Title Insurance Business. I examined the chain of title for properties, finalized settlement statements, and was a closing escrow officer for many years prior to getting my real estate license.
