My name is Andria Williams and proud to share I am a Native Texan; I have lived in Dallas and the surrounding areas my entire life. East Texas has been my home for the last 12 years and witnessed its substantial growth and thrive to what it is today. I love where I live and work and couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
My specialty is residential, lake property and farmland. But I love helping clients with all kinds of real estate needs including leases. I take pride in helping everyone find the perfect property for their specific needs. I am not one to limit myself as a buyer's agent or a seller's agent; I am here to help anyone. Besides real estate school, years of continuing education, I also have 35+ years' experience in customer service. I was once given the title "Manager of First Impressions" when I was supervising receptionist for a CPA firm in Dallas for over 8 years.
In 2015, the first year with EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group I received Rookie of the Year. Truly a proud moment! EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group has been serving the East Texas and surrounding areas for 16+ years. We love supporting our town and county at special events to show how much they mean to us. My favorite annual event is Quinfest our town's fall festival. We also participate with our local Chamber of Commerce, School District and Charity events.
My husband, also an EXIT agent, live on a 25-acre farm in Hunt County. We enjoy farming, being outdoors and spoiling our grandbabies. And...my daughter became an EXIT agent January 2023. It just runs in the family and love to work as a team.
