Anice Jones

My name is Anice Keenan Jones. I was born in Pennsylvania but always felt my true home was in the south. I moved in 1979 to Atlanta, Ga for college. I majored in Interior Design and specialized in commercial space planning. Most of my family came to the south where opportunity abounded. I became a Realtor when I came back from a season of life that took me to Colorado and back.

I worked in the antiques and flea market industry finding treasures, going to auctions, refurbishing furniture and getting unique pieces and items from the Atlanta Mart for my booths. I enjoyed buying and selling and eventually became interested in buying and selling real estate.

I found my way to Tennessee recently when I became a gramma. Selling my home at the height of the real estate frenzy of 2021 and 2022 has given me personal insight that I can share with you as I help you sell your home.  I have been in the process of searching for a home to purchase in this time of low inventory and can understand the struggle. 

I can assure you I will educate you on the process, help you through the the transaction, be there for you when it's hard and celebrate with you when we get to the end.
