April DeNike

My name is April DeNike and I specialize in residential real estate in Spokane County.  I also have extensive experience in working with people involved in trusts, estates, and helping people make transitions.  In depth knowledge of the Spokane County real estate inventory is one of my most invaluable assets.  I also really appreciate and love Spokane as a community and want to help others find, belong and connect here too.  It’s not just a house that makes a place a home.   

I enjoy competition a great deal and play and captain tennis, pickleball, and bowling teams.  I know what it takes to perform under pressure, and win when it matters most.  I understand how to read opponents, stay calm under pressure, and execute a winning game plan.  I bring this to every real estate transaction, giving my clients a powerful edge in negotiations, pricing, and timing.
