For nearly 12 years, Belinda Forrest has been an integral part of the EXIT family, embodying the very essence of dedication and service that EXIT represents. Recently, she and her husband Courtney embarked on an exciting new venture, launching their own brokerage, EXIT Empowerment Realty, located in Columbia, SC. Their mission is clear: ?to empower others to live their dreams? as we "Build Community One Neighbor at a  Time!"

Belinda's unwavering passion for helping others is evident in her work, having guided over 300+ families through the real estate journey. Her expertise extends to various facets of the industry, from assisting buyers and sellers to skillfully navigating foreclosures and investment properties. Her commitment to professional growth is commendable, continuously enhancing her knowledge through continuous education and earning esteemed designations, including the highly regarded Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) & Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), showcasing her unwavering dedication to excellence.

Among her many awards and accolades accumulated, in 2019, Belinda was humbly recognized with the prestigious EXIT Esprit de Corps - East award, a testament to her outstanding contributions to the true Spirit of EXIT.

Belinda's diverse background includes that of an Army Veteran, educator, and government civil servant, giving her a wealth of experience that complements her roles as an agent, manager, Broker-in-Charge (BIC), and now a proud owner of her own brokerage. Her leadership, compassion, and expertise have made her a guiding light within the industry and her community.

Belinda is happily married to her husband of 40yrs, Retired SFC Courtney Forrest. They reside in Blythewood, SC, and are blessed with 3 adult children, 6 beloved grandchildren, and a cat named Rosie!
