Bernadette Cole

Bernadette Cole is the Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Virginia, Broker/Owner EXIT Landmark Realty with two locations in MD and EXIT Realty Associates in Lorton, VA. She holds a BS degree in Financial Services from Wright State University. She is a JOHN MAXWELL certified Mentor, Coach and Speaker; Brian Buffini Certified Mentor; GRI; CDRS Elite.  

In 2006, Bernadette began her real estate career as an agent. A year and a half into her career she opened her first brokerage, EXIT Landmark Realty, in January 2008.  Since opening the doors, her company has quickly gained market share and is rapidly growing in a challenging market.  Her philosophy is accomplishment through leadership and education and giving back to the community. She loves helping agents create purpose driven businesses that bring joy and passion into their lives.

Her office has a proven track record of new agent success, producing the Rookie of the Year (highest producing new agent) for Charles County, MD, (2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017).  In 2018, EXIT Landmark Realty was recognized as REALTrends Up and Comers.  In 2019, the office was recognized by RealTrends Nations Best Top 1 of Brokerages in the Nation. Through her leadership, dedication and support, her offices have contributed time, energy and capital to multiple community outreach programs supporting our military and first responders, to fighting human trafficking and homelessness.

She is married to retired USAF Lt Col and United Airlines pilot Alex Cole and are the parents of three children, Marcus, Brianna and Angelina.
