Bethany Ogden

I am Bethany Ogden, a local resident of Gulf Shores, AL., where I am a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Gulf Shores. Licensed in Alabama and Florida, I help my clients sell and buy property along the beautiful Gulf Coast, including Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Pensacola, and the surrounding areas. I am a Baldwin County Certified Resort Specialist and a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. During my time as a REALTOR®, I have helped clients buy and sell property in several different situations. I have helped local clients find their dream home, retirees fulfill their lifelong desire of relocating to the beach, and investors purchase the perfect investment condo. With a background in customer service, sales, and business administration, I am able to utilize all of my skills to better serve my clients. I spent every summer growing up in Gulf Shores on the beach. My family owned short term rental investment condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. I have now lived in the area full time for over 10 years, and I absolutely love it! I graduated from Gulf Shores High School and then went on to obtain my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida. When I am taking a break from helping my clients, I spend time on the water, boating and scuba diving; at the beach with friends; and on adventures around the area with my Gold Retriever, Brees! I also love to travel internationally when I have the extra time. Australia, Indonesia, and Costa Rica are some of my favorite destinations thus far!
