My name is Bill McDougal I have lived in Utah most of my life and have lived and worked in most of the larger metropolitan areas.  I have raised my family here.  I?ve seen this state change and grow into a great a place that attracts people from all over the world.  I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties anywhere along the Wasatch front.  This area has experienced incredible growth in the last few years, and has become one of the most desirable areas in the nation.  I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their perfect home. 
I was an agent many years ago and now after a very sucessful career in software developmet I have gone back to my roots in real estate.  I have bought and sold many properties over the years and this gives me some great insite into the market and also helps me understand what my buyers and sellers are looking for.  Our brokerage has been helping clients in Utah for several years.
