My name is Bill Richardson and I am a residential real estate agent with EXIT Realty Living Legacy in Phoenix, Arizona. With decades of experience as a real estate professional, I have had the gracious privilege of guiding buyers, sellers, investors, and renters through successful real estate transactions across the Phoenix Metropolitan area. My neighborhood expertise lies in the Maricopa County cities and communities of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, South Phoenix, and Laveen as well as the Pinal County cities of Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Maricopa, and Casa Grande.

Who is Bill Richardson? I'm glad you ask. Growing up a Military Brat, I had the unique opportunity to live all over the world, meeting diverse people and experiencing a variety of cultures. I graduated from college in Virginia with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics. A career in the Semiconductor Electronics Industry brought me to Arizona in 1995. 

In 2005, as the Phoenix Real Estate market was climbing to unprecedented heights, I connected with a former co-worker that was working as a real estate agent.  He allowed me to tag along with him as he worked with his clients.  I was intrigued with the service aspect of helping buyers and renters find the perfect home to meet their needs and helping sellers get the best deal for their home.  I was hooked.  Within a year I was licensed and pursuing my new passion... a career in real estate. Ever since, I have worked diligently toward becoming the best Realtor® agent I can be. 

When I'm not working a real estate deal, I seek to spend quality time with family, hang out with friends or attend a sporting event.
