Brittany Hodgkinson

I was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie and have been working with EXIT Realty since 2020, covering the Sault and surrounding areas. As I began to do more transactions east of the Sault or “Down the Line” I fell in love with the East, eventually moving to the Town of Bruce Mines.

I started my real estate career in 2015 in the commercial real estate market while I lived in Toronto for five years. I eventually made the move back to Sault Ste. Marie choosing the slower pace of Northern Ontario and being close to my family. The experience I gained in Toronto was fundamental to my career in real estate and my knowledge of commercial transactions.

Prior to real estate I worked in law firms for over 10 years, which gives me a strong understanding and experience with contracts and helps me to better serve my buyers and sellers in protecting their interests. 

I graduated from Algoma University with a BBA specializing in Economics and that’s where my interest in real estate started. I’m fascinated by the relationship between real estate and different economic indicators.

You can usually find me flying down Highway 17 to showings or walking my dog, Cooper, around Bruce Mines or the Ojibway Nature Trail (our favourite spot and highly recommended!).
