Cade Pankonin

Since 2013, Cade Pankonin has served as EXIT Realty Upper Midwest's Chief Financial Officer and Regional Director. 

 

I started in the Real Estate industry in 1995 as a property manager and serviced over 100+ units.  During that time I realized that I had a passion for real estate.  So In 1999 I decided to get my license and because of my experience with property management I passed my brokers license after 6 months being in the business. 

 

From 2000 to 2005 I was the broker manager of a family own independent brokerage.  In 2006 we decided to align our independent brokerage with an EXIT Realty franchise.  Shortly after making the switch we acquired another existing EXIT franchise. We operated both brokerages until 2011 when we sold to new ownership. 

 

In 2013, I joined EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, as the Regional Director and in 2017, became the CFO for EXIT Realty Upper Midwest located in Lakeville, MN and currently holds this position. 

 

For more than 20 years, I've lived in the Lakeville, MN area with his family. After a rewarding career running real estate offices and transitioning into regional leadership role I've been focused on growth and stability of our regions in the Upper Midwest which includes Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

 

I have a gambit of responsibilities which include franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, finance, marketing and changing lives. My passion is working with realtors to find out how to leverage and improve their business.

 

In my free time he enjoys spending time with his large family. (He's the oldest of 6!) I have a beautiful wife and an amazing son. Being born and raised in Minnesota, I enjoy all the seasons and everything Minnesota has to offer.
