Caitlin Smyth

My name is Caitlin Smyth and I specialize in helping people buy and sell homes in the Greater Milwaukee area, in particular: Washington, Ozaukee and Waukesha counties. I have experience in primary residential, investment and second home/lake property real estate. Working with a wide range of clients from first time home buyers to professional house flippers it has been said by many that I have an eye for what is possible in a new home and a knack for staging properties so that they show the true possibilities of the space. I love the process of sharing the story of a property and helping people bring life to their own piece of that story.  

It is with great pride that I can say I was born and raised in the Milwaukee area having graduated from Marquette University and then returning after attaining my masters degree from the University of Northern Colorado. I was drawn back to a great place on a great lake! There are endless opportunities in the Milwaukee area as the city continues to grow. Now raising my own family, I can think of no better place to do so.
