In 1996, Carlos “Alex” Jesus passed the New Jersey Real Estate exam, launching what would become a distinguished and impactful career in real estate. Driven by a deep commitment to professionalism and lifelong learning, Alex has earned numerous industry designations that reflect his dedication to excellence:

• 1998 – ePRO, Internet Proficient in Real Estate

• 1998 – CRS, Certified Residential Specialist

• 1999 – Licensed Real Estate Broker

• 2000 – Invited to the Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist Society (RECS)

• 2002 – ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative

• 2004 – Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI)

• 2006 – Licensed in Title Insurance

• 2008 – SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist

• 2010 – HAFA Certified

• 2011 – CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert

• 2012 – Completed Advanced Broker Training

• 2013 & 2014 – Completed additional CRS courses

Alex continues to sharpen his skills through ongoing education. Every year since becoming a CRS, he takes updated CRS courses and completes over 10 hours of continuing education annually. In 2020, he became a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education Instructor, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of real estate professionals.

Currently, Alex serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and as a Director for the Liberty Board of REALTORS®, where he actively contributes to the future of the industry.

Married for 28 years, Alex is a proud father of two sons and a grandfather to a wonderful grandson. He believes deeply in the value of homeownership, the power of community, and the unmatched opportunity real estate offers for families and businesses alike.
