Caroline Martin Brewer

Caroline comes from a very humble background. Being one of 9 siblings from the Plaster Rock area, she was brought up with the understanding that life can be difficult and that a good work ethic and hard work is the only way to succeed. The daughter of a Millwright and stay-at-home mom, she grew up helping with the family chores at a very early age. Some of you may recognize her from her years in the health care sector. In 1998 she took a lateral transfer to work in the ER Department at DECH. She has always been interested in the Real Estate Industry and in 2006 she took a leap of faith and joined the Exit Team. She chose Exit Realty because the company had the most to offer in terms of education, leadership, and the family atmosphere that is so clearly evident every time you enter the office.
