Caroline Szwajlik

Hi! My name is Caroline Szwajlik and I'm a real estate broker with EXIT Real Estate Partners in Downers Grove.

I was born in Poland and received my Bachelors degree in Economics from Oeconomicus School of Higher Education. I came to United States in 2002 and fell in love with this country immediately.

I have a beautiful family: my husband and best friend Martin, our 3 kids: Kevin, Karen and Martin Jr. and our 3 mischievous cats.

I'm involved in a lot of projects in my kids school and I volunteer at our church.

In my free time I love decorating, spending time outside with my family and my all time favorite: traveling.

A couple of years ago we discovered we love rehabbing and flipping houses. Currently we are in the middle of a huge addition and remodel of our Burr ridge home. Our friends are calling it a "Lego block house" because we moved almost every single wall, door and window.

After going thru a couple of jobs as an office manager, accountant and babysitter I finally opened my own business in 2007, an emergency care company and a cleaning service. My husband joined me in 2011 and the company has grown to 4 crews with over 200 current clients. 

I've always had an eye for design and I'm an avid organizer. My clients often asked me for advice when decorating or organizing their houses. It wasn't until I had completed a few staging jobs that I found my true calling: real estate!

It felt like I've been drifting in the sea my whole life and now finally I've arrived at the port!

Since I joined EXIT Real Estate Partners I became a member on NAR (National Association of Realtors), MORE (Mainstreet Organization of Realtors), MLS (Multiple Listing Service), I received a designation as a Certified Staging Consultant.

I'm very passionate about real estate, I have a natural calling to help people and what better way than to help them find their perfect home?
