Dear Catherine,

I wanted to personally thank you for helping me find my first home. When I first contacted you, I knew close to nothing about real estate and what I needed to do. You were very patient and understanding, telling me step-by-step what I needed to do and how to do it. After a year of trying to get my credit cleared I started getting discouraged, but you told me not to give up and that you were going to be right there with me. I know lot of realtors probably say that, but you meant it. You put me in contact with the right people who could get the job done.

Once I was finally ready to start looking for my new home, you were knowledgeable with different neighborhoods. When I informed you of houses that I thought were okay, you were able to give me information about heating, electrical, and plumbing before viewing the property. This bit of background information was helpful to me and caused me to be more cautious and ask the questions I needed to (before I fell in love with a beautiful picture of a dump)!

When I finally had to decide on two possible houses, you gave me good advice in telling me to think seriously about what I wanted and to go home and compare the two on paper (wise advice). This allowed me time to really weigh my options (without family influence) and caused me to be more confident in my final decision.

Now that I am in my new home, I feel very blessed and excited about all the possibilities for my new home. I could not have done it without you!
