Chad Kamp

An important aspect of finding the right Broker/agent is finding an agent that has seen where the Phoenix Southeast valley has come from, and has an understanding of where it is heading. Chad is a second-generation Southeast Valley Realtor® who first obtained his Real Estate license in 2002. Working under the tutelage of his Mother (Donna Kamp), who herself had been licensed over 20 years at the time of her passing, he learned the ins and outs of the industry.

Having been in the Southeast Valley since the mid 80's, Chad attended school and ultimately graduated from Chandler High School. He has fist hand knowledge of the substantial growth the Southeast Valley has experienced over the decades and possesses an intimate knowledge of many local lore?s and legends.  

As a natural progression of training and advancement Chad obtained his Associate Brokers License in 2013 and struck out with his own independent brokerage becoming a Designated Broker in 2014. Chad prides himself on putting his client?s needs before his own as his philosophy and motto is "serving you". Upon attempting to build his brokerage several franchise opportunities were entertained to find a mechanism that would help set himself and the Coannah brand apart from the crowd. The more he looked, the clearer it became that Exit Realty's atmosphere and his philosophy of "serving you", were aligned and became a part of the Exit Family.

An important aspect for Chad and Exit Realty is to give back to important causes in the local areas that serve members of the community. That is why both the Exit Realty Corporate and Chad?s local independent office Exit Realty Coannah, donates a portion of their earnings to New Life Pregnancy Center. Helping to provide hope to those facing pregnancy by giving hope and care which we feel is important to facilitate a good start with the end goal to produce happy healthy families. 

It's clear family is important to Chad who has 4 children and 2 grandchildren and is expecting many more when the time is right! He enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family whether just sitting talking, swimming, grilling, or at his annual Kamp Krawfish Boils. Relationships with family, friends, and business associates is imperative to Chad, and he enjoys making friends wherever he goes. When he is able to get away he likes to spend time in the woods, camping, hunting, and trying to not get lost.
