Cher Miculka

Cher Miculka is the Broker Owner of EXIT Realty Advisors formerly EXIT Premier Realty.  Her husband, James is now a licensed agent and member of the team serving as Vice President and is in charge of recruitment. She and her team  in Texas service  the San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne and surrounding areas.  Cher is a past Chair (President) for San Antonio Board of Realtors serving 11 counties with over 16,000 members. She is the full time Broker/Franchisee of EXIT Realty Advisors formerly doing business as EXIT Premier Realty specializing in residential real estate. She has held numerous appointments such as NAR 2021 Business Issues Policy committee, Professional Development Committee of NAR; Professional Development Committee TR; Leadership committee TR, Certified Real Estate Instructor; GRI Instructor for Texas Realtors association. Board of Directors for TRETA (Texas Real Estate Teachers Assn). She obtained her BAAS from Texas State University Summa Cum Laude. Professional experience includes new custom homes both as an Operations Manager and site sales counselor, residential real estate as a Broker-Realtor and certified real estate instructor earning her GSI (REEA's Gold Standard Instructor certification), and home mortgage experience as a loan officer. She continues to be a many time recipient of the prestigious 5 Star Real Estate Award as featured in the Texas Monthly Magazine. She was also featured in the TOP 100 Real Estate Magazine page 57!!  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Texas Realtors Association.  She has served on the Texas Association of Realtors Political Affairs committee in Austin. She has  also been appointed to serve both present and in the past on the following committees: Realtor Builder Committee, Education committee, TREPAC, Governmental Affairs, past secretary, vice president and president IREP, past Chairman of Public Education (GA), Professional Development, Realtor Image, TR Conference Task force, Communications Committee, Task Force for TRLP Alumni, Realtor Rally, Rebrand Task Force to name a few. She is a Graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. She is a member and past Ambassador/Captain of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, SOBA (Stone Oak Business Association) and Women's Council of Realtors. Designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and E-PRO, ALHS ( Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), CRS (certified residential specialist), TRLP, GRI (graduate real estate institute) . CREI, Certified Real Estate Instructor, GSI, Gold Standard Instructor.  She is married to her handsome husband James and is the mother of a son and daughter and grandmother to 3 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.  Cher loves to sing and came to San Antonio as a professional singer and married a professional trumpet player, James!  Her entire family is musical.  She also loves to hike and paint acrylics/water colors when she gets a chance!
