Meet Cherie Hicks! Licensed to trade in all forms of Real Estate in Ontario, as designated by OREA and Humber College, she now calls Embrun her hometown, servicing Embrun, Russell, Limoges, Ottawa and their surrounding communities.

With over 20 years’ experience as a bookkeeper, Cherie has attained industry knowledge - while sourcing properties for investors and helping in the design of both New Homes and Infill builds during seven of those years while employed with a Brokerage - this was the highlight of her career!

Lucky in love with her husband Mike since 1998 and married for 18 years. They have 2 smart strong and beautiful children, a boy and a girl and there is nothing they love more than to travel together. Cherie loves to play baseball as often as she can. Cherie and her family love the Blue Jays, the Raptors and they are all NFL fans. Now that they have relocated to the Ottawa area, they’ve decided to add the Ottawa Redblacks to that roster and enjoy the CFL too!

Throughout the years, spearheading various charity events for Princess Margaret Hospital’s Weekend to End Breast Cancer and 10 Days - 10 Schools - $10,000 for SickKids Hospital in Toronto, at Exit Realty, Cherie enjoys being backed by a hardworking and collaborative team where Trust is their motto, Knowledge is shared and Charity is at the forefront, everyday!

Often being called a “bulldog”, Cherie’s focus on her clients and their best interests will always shine through.
