Chris Messecar

Chris Messecar is a Sales Representative and the Team Leader of the Messecar Team, an award winning boutique style Real Estate Team, with EXIT Realty True North. Chris has worked extensively in the Simcoe County Area since becoming a full-time Realtor in December of 2009 and has specialized in the areas of Barrie, Springwater, Oro, Essa, Innisfil, Wasaga Beach, Midland and Tiny.

Originally gaining traction in his adopted hometown of Elmvale, Chris became known for his tireless work ethic and involvement in the community. His business later spread to areas such as Barrie, Midhurst, Snow Valley and Wyevale and in most recent years, specializing in listing and selling estate homes.

Chris is known in the industry for his innovative marketing strategies. As part of the Messecar Team, he takes great pride in identifying opportunities to enhance the exposure of a property to potential qualified buyers. As a result, Chris has garnered many accolades including being named one of the Top Agents in Canada by REP Magazine and, previously, one of the top agents Under 35 in Canada in the Young Guns issue of the same publication. He was named one the most investment focused realtors in the Country by Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine and has been quoted for his expertise by McLean's magazine. REP also named the Messecar Team one of the top real estate teams in Canada. Chris has earned several high level production awards within EXIT Realty Corp. International including Top Agent status both Nationally and Provincially and the Messecar Team ranked within the Top Ten Teams in North America three years in a row. Chris has been blessed with having a phenomenal support system both within the team and at home to help him get where he is today.
