          I’m probably not the typical realtor/broker you might expect.  An 18 yr. veteran in real estate sales, 6+ yrs as a certified home inspector, 30+ years in many remodel and flip projects and 6yrs service in the 185th TFW of Ia. Air National Guard. I have been the guy swinging the hammer, setting the toilet, hanging cabinets, not standing around watching contractors do the work.

         When I’m looking at houses with you, please understand I’m not just focused on the cabinets matching the countertops. I’m not overly concerned if the floors have the latest products. You may be more qualified than me in the trend department.  I’m looking at the property as a whole. Does it all fit together, foundation, structure, roof and most important your wants, desires and needs.  Any homeowner can have the fanciest fixtures and the most beautiful woodwork, but if the property has potential issues, what could you end up with?  A mortgage payment and unexpected expenses. I what you to have a home, a solid investment the complete package.   

            Whether buying or selling I don’t think you’ll be disappointed, maybe just a little surprised. Much of my experience is in the Le Mars and Plymouth County market.  I’ve worked in Woodbury, Sioux and Cherokee counties. No matter your interest, single family, multi family, condo or acreage I’ve worked with them all including some commercial experience.
