Collette Lusk

My name is Collette Lusk and Im an Associate Broker Realtor with Exit Landmark Realty in Charles County, Maryland. I love to help residential buyers and sellers in Southern Maryland, specializing in the cities of La Plata, Waldorf, White Plains, Charlotte Hall, Bel Alton, Hughesville and the surrounding areas.

I began my real estate career in 2007 and in my first full year of business I earned the honor of Charles County Rookie Realtor of the Year from the Southern Maryland Board of Realtors Association and in 2015 I earned the distinction of Realtor Hall of Fame.

Ive earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation along with a Short sale specialist earning Certified Distressed Resolution Specialist (CDRS), as well as a 203k Specialist Buyers Agent. I have years of experience of helping buyers and sellers with facilitating Short Sales as well as purchasing foreclosed properties, for sale by owner properties and helping buyers to purchase homes through on-line auctions.

I was the first registered license sales agent when Exit Landmark Realty first began. I grew up living in Southern Maryland and currently reside in La Plata with my husband and our three children. I love helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs, I like to keep my clients informed throughout the whole process.
