Dana Richardson

     Hello! My name is Dana Richardson and I love helping people buy and sell properties.  I live in Lansing near the airport with my husband and our Golden Retriever.   I also enjoy providing customers with important information including comparative market analysis data.  This research is essential when sellers are evaluating their homes to choose their price.  This analysis also helps to protect buyers from paying too much.  I pride myself on keeping my customers in touch with the current market.

     My goal is to always spend time listening to buyers when shopping for homes so that I can offer useful insight that supports their needs. My educational background includes a BFA in Studio Art from MSU. Color theory and design tie in nicely when helping customers think creatively about how a space can work for them. I love to keep up with interior design trends. I stay up-to-date by attending decorating workshops, watching plenty of HGTV, and touring historic homes.
