Daniel Alvarez

My name is Daniel Alvarez. I was born and raised in Modesto, Ca. Ive seen this city grow into the city it is today. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors with properties in Modesto and surrounding cities. I obtained my license in 2022. We follow the example set by EXIT Realty Corp. I attended Johansen High School in Modesto; I am currently attending Modesto Junior College studying business administration. Ive been married 23 years, my wife and I have three beautiful daughters and a grandson.
