I’m Dawn Pridham with EXIT Realty of the Smokies, and let me tell you, I love what I do. There’s just something so fulfilling about walking with people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives — buying or selling a home. And I get to do it with a company that truly lives out its values. EXIT isn’t just a name on a sign; it’s a community. A company built on integrity, faith in action, and an old-fashioned sense of service. We’ve got cutting-edge tools, sure, but we never lose sight of the heart — the people we’re here to serve.

Now, enough about the company — let me tell you a little about me.

I’m East Tennessee born and raised, with a touch of Aussie thanks to my dad. (Yep, half-Southern, half-Australian — a fun mix, I promise.) My life is rooted in faith, hard work, and a deep love for this place I call home. The Smoky Mountains aren’t just a pretty backdrop — they’re soul-healing. You can feel them calling, can’t you? I hike them every chance I get, and they never stop reminding me that God’s creation has a way of bringing peace when nothing else can.

Life hasn’t always been easy — I’ve walked through some tough valleys. But I’ve come out stronger, with a heart full of purpose. I believe we’re each created with a God-given destiny, and I don’t take it lightly that I get to help folks find their next step toward it — often, that next step is home.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me gardening, baking, cooking up something Southern (or maybe Aussie-inspired!), loving on my cat and chickens, or just soaking up time with my family, friends, and church. Church is my anchor — my community, my joy, my reset button.

If I could leave you with one thing, it’s this: “Freedom from fear.” That’s my life motto. I want to walk with you in this journey — whether it’s finding your dream home or saying goodbye to one chapter and hello to the next — with zero fear and all the freedom God has for you.
