My background includes business development consulting, marketing, human resource development, rehab consulting, and the world of radio and television. Why would I ever want to get into the complex world of 24 x 7 real estate sales? Good question.
I wanted to be the skipper of my own ship. Real estate takes creativity, commitment, organization, and a lot of listening and negotiating ability. I had those skills, so it was time to create my own path.
In terms of understanding the stresses of relocation, Ive survived 23 moves across North America and abroad. I grew up in a Navy family and married into the Army. Occasionally I still find Allied Van Lines stickers on old boxes.
However, 26 years ago we returned to my favourite City, Fredericton, where I had attended University at STU and UNB. Such a beautiful City with almost endless walking trails and many cultural gifts.
I love to sail on our incredible river whenever I get a chance. An abundance of wildlife awaits as you wind your way to Saint John and into the Bay of Fundy. There is nothing like the Bay of Fundy!
I really know this City and much of this part of the Province big and small communities, lakes, rivers, and the wonderful people who live there.
My husband recently asked (jokingly) if I knew everyone in Fredericton; as I greeted yet another person at the Saturday farmers market. Knowing a lot of people makes it easier when things need to be done. I dont want my clients to be stressed when its time to add others to our team such as lawyers, inspectors, etc. Life is tough enough as it is.
Ive worked with Boomers who are coming home to the Maritimes, buyers who want to come here for a less frantic lifestyle, overseas buyers who have come to Fredericton looking for a safe haven, military buyers who have turned buying and selling into an art form, local buyers who are moving across the street or to a winterized cottage, buyers who have horses (Im one of those) and need a barn and pastures, and commercial investors who are looking to expand their real estate investment portfolio. First time buyers are very dear to my heart and my focus involves teaching you how to buy the right home as we start the search.

I take upgrading courses every year, and I use the many technological tools that make our job more effective and efficient. (I could do without more passwords. Im sure you feel the same way).
