Denise Santana

Denise Santiago was born and raised right here in central Massachusetts in Leominster and has spent her whole life here.  She knows our market area inside and out. Her focus in on helping buyers, sellers, and investors with properties all around Massachusetts.  She has assisted countless first-time home buyers, and partnered them with strong and trusted lenders to make their experience both smooth and enjoyable.  As a bilingual agent, Denise is a great resource for our local Hispanic community in assisting them with their real estate goals.

 

Denise spent over twenty years in the financial industry where she worked with mortgages, and was an assistant to a real estate attorney, growing her knowledge of property sales and closing processes. Her experience and expertise ensures her clients get the best advice and guidance through the selling/buying process.  In 2021, she obtained her real estate license and has built a strong record of sales, working with buyers and sellers.  Now, as a REALTOR® with EXIT New Options Real Estate, Denise has access to best-in-class technology and training, and a network of offices across the United States and Canada to make relocation a seamless and convenient process.
