Diana Darnell

My name is Diana Darnell and I assist buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs in North Port, FL and the surrounding areas.  The areas that I serve include Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood, and Punta Gorda, FL.  I accomplished my goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent in October, 2018 and earned my certification as a New Home Co-Broker in June, 2019, specializing in new construction homes. Being committed to providing excellent customer service, I obtained my Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and my New-Home Construction and Buyer Representation certification in August, 2024. With a background in Human Resources, I am able to effectively communicate with people, educating them on the real estate market, while determining their specific needs and desires for their new home.

I began my real estate career with EXIT King Realty, and after working for two other brokerages in the area, I returned to the EXIT King family. EXIT King Realty provides their agents with state of the art technology, lead generation systems, education, and a team of professional that are always ready to jump in and assist when needed, to provide the best customer service experience. 

After living in the Clearwater, FL area for almost 34 years, my husband and I moved to North Port, FL in 2019 after my sister and brother-in-law retired and relocated to North Port from Virginia.  We started visiting my family and soon fell in love with the area.  So I'm not just a real estate agent, I'm also your neighbor who also has the best interest of our community at heart.  I have enjoyed watching and being a part of the growth of our community.

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, raising monarch butterflies, and spending time with my husband and our three adopted cats.
