Through many years experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, I have realized helping people buy and sell real estate is what I love most. Because of this, I specialize in residential properties. While most of my clients are home buyers, I have also helped many investors make wise choices. My husband Tom, who is also a licensed realtor and has an extensive background in finance, is my partner in The Fitz Team. Together our experiences cover many aspects of real estate. We are agents, investors, and have owned interest in a real estate brokerage. And, we have moved and invested often enough to have personal knowledge of what buyers, sellers and investors are looking for in a real estate professional. When helping home buyers and investors, one of the many tools I use is My Florida Multiple Listing Service (MFMLS). This system provides information not readily available to the public. In using this sophisticated system of information and links, I am able to provide the most accurate and updated information for my clients. While searching for the right property, I can provide them with an automatic notification of properties with their specific search criteria whether they are searching from out of town or locally.
