Doug Harrington

As a recent home buyer on the Eastside of Binghamton, Doug can say with full confidence what a beautiful area this is. After growing up in Orange County, NY in the Hudson Valley, Doug attended Binghamton University full time as a student where he graduated with his Bachelors in Business Administration in 2016 and his Masters in Business Administration in 2017 in just 4 years.

After his graduation, Binghamton still felt like so much of a home for him that he decided he did not want to leave and found a full-time position in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the university. After spending about two and a half years living in an apartment on Binghamtons Westside, he decided it was time to really put down roots in this scenic area, and with the help of EXIT FAC, found his first home on the Eastside.

Going through that experience, along with always looking at houses online for as long as he can remember, made him catch the Real Estate bug as he is now a fully licensed agent working under the same brokerage that helped him find his first home. Doug is incredibly excited to start his real estate career working with the amazing people of EXIT FAC and continuing to get to know the Greater Binghamton area and all that it has to offer. Doug will work tirelessly to help you find the perfect home in the area; just as EXIT FAC did helping him find his first home.

With a background in business coupled with the customer service and helpful attitude he has gained through his time at the university, he will undoubtedly make any client happy with their purchase.

Outside of his career and his Real Estate story, Doug is an avid theater enthusiast, sports addict, and trivia aficionado. You can often find Doug in numerous productions a year at local companies, including the Endicott Performing Arts Center and SPARE Productions. Doug thoroughly enjoys acting, directing, and attending all theater, even going down to NYC a few times a year to see shows. Doug also is a die-hard New York Mets fan (unfortunately!) and New York Giants fan and enjoys watching and going to their games. When he is not doing any of that, you can often find him at many different bars and restaurants participating or hosting their trivia!
