Dwight Hettinger

My name is Dwight Hettinger, and I have lived in the Manchester area for the past 20 years.  I have seen this community grow and adapt over the years.  

I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, & investors with properties in Manchester and the surrounding communities.  This area has experienced incredible growth in the past 5 years and has become a very desirable area to live in. 

I have been licensed to sell real estate in the state of Iowa since 2019.  My understanding of our local housing market ensures I understand how to best represent your property and potential buyers.

Originally from the Strawberry Point area, my family and I are proud to call Manchester home for the past 20 years.  My family and I enjoy camping, hiking, and of course sports.  We proudly support the West Delaware Hawks athletic and music clubs.
