Emily Mangine

As a fitness-loving, busy mom of three, I understand how hard work, integrity, and discipline
shape every aspect of life. These values guide everything I do, both personally and
professionally. My passion for helping others inspires me to make every real estate transaction
as seamless as possible. Whether it's finding the perfect home, securing the right investment
property, or selling a property for the next chapter, I believe every real estate journey deserves
the same level of care and dedication.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent years as an Executive Administrative Assistant and later
transitioned into a role as an Accounting Manager. Those experiences sharpened my skills in
time management, communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and financial processes
— all while teaching me the importance of urgency and following through.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, beach days, and
CrossFit. My passion for CrossFit led me to become a Level 1 trainer, where I learned that
community and perseverance are at the heart of success. These same qualities shape the way I
approach real estate — with energy, focus, and a true dedication to helping each client find a
place where they can thrive.
