About Eric

My name is Eric Byrd, and Im a Realtor with Exit First Realty in Crofton Md. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in The Greater Washington D.C. area.

I have been a licensed agent since 2001. Im a member of both the National Association of Realtors, and the Maryland Association of Realtors. I hold various professional designations. I have specialty training in marketing distressed properties, and internet marketing for real estate.

I was born and raised in Long Branch, NJ. I moved to Washington D.C to attend Howard University. I fell in love with the area and never left. After college, i worked a number of years in Logistics for a Fortune 200 corporation before getting my real estate license.
