I have lived in the Greater Binghamton Area for the majority of my life, and it is here where I call home.  It is at the confluence of all major forms of transportation and has birthed endearing companies encompassing manufacturing, distribution, leading technologies and iconic store chains.  All of which have facilitated a robust alliance with our international trade partners and as such, we are still viable to this date.

My Real Estate experience spans well over Four decades.  From Apartments Maintenance Manager, circa 1976, to Owner/Manager of Multi-family properties and to now, a proudly licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson, Who, is poised to bring back value added service to you and to our community.  I also have a rich and diverse background in the arts and sciences as well as our transportation industries.  My experiences, interspersed throughout my adult lifetime, have allowed me to successfully manage a music and instruction business, work with international finance, achieve three college degrees and procure a professional USCG Officer’s License, which has in fact, positioned me alongside our nation fleets and our world’s major shipping lanes.  I have personally witnessed the true strength of our nation, and I am proud of it!
