Felicia Moore

Felicia, in the late '80s, followed her dream to move to Atlanta to experience all the opportunities it had to offer. After purchasing her home in 1991, Felicia immersed herself in improving the quality of life to make her neighborhood a better place for everyone. This ultimately led to her running for Atlanta City Council District 9, serving as their representative for 20 years. Felicia was then elected citywide as President of the Atlanta City Council. As a result, she intimately knows the Atlanta Metropolitan area; the neighborhoods, people, communities, and elected leaders know Felicia. Through her 24 years of service, Felicia has earned the respect of her colleagues across the Atlanta Metropolitan area and beyond. She is best known for her consistent stance on Transparency, Ethics, and Accountability. Atlanta is her home.

 

Serving Solutions

In 2000, Felicia became a licensed real estate agent and in 2003 she went on to receive her Brokers License. She specializes in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors. Felicia has worked with First Time Homebuyers, residential and commercial sellers, land/lot sales and assemblage. 

In addition, Felicia is a valuable advisor to those who are working on complex projects that involve public/private funding and government participation. During her elected office, she authored and adopted the Northwest Atlanta Framework Plan that has transformed this quadrant of the city. Felicia's most notable development projects include affordable single and multi-family residential, senior living projects, and commercial developments like the Publix Shopping Center at Marietta and Moores Mill Roads.

Felicia has proudly joined the EXIT Realty West Midtown management team as an Associate Broker and Director, Community Resource & Engagement, responsible for the organization of educational endeavors for our communities and to aid in implementing a long-term real estate plan of empowerment for the citizens. 

About Me

Felicia is active in her community serving on the Board of Advisors for the Agape Community Center and serving as the Director of Community Development and Engagement for her church, Hillside International Truth Center.

She has received numerous awards for ethics and community service. Felicia graduated with honors, cum laude, with a B.A. in Communication from Central State University, Wilberforce, OH. And, she is a graduate of Central Michigan University, earning a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) in Administration, with honors.
