Franke Joehl started in the real estate industry at age 18 in 2015, having served in various roles from assistant to agent to trainer to manager. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for EXIT Realty in Alabama and Mississippi, Franke is responsible for overseeing franchise records and compliance, setting up and onboarding new offices, coaching and training agents, and managing overall operations in the region. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Franke is a passionate advocate for improving the real estate industry through education, motivation, and advocacy. He is a Major Investor in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), a member of the NAR President's Circle, and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach. He holds numerous designations and certifications, including the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Real Estate Team Specialist.
Outside of his work with EXIT Realty, Franke is a national speaker and the creator of Fearlessly Authentic Coaching and The Fearlessly Authentic Podcast, which are dedicated to helping real estate agents with social media, marketing, and branding while remaining true to their authentic selves.
