Garry Wicker

 

I am the Broker/Owner, along with my business partner Katelynn Schiro, in our Clarksville, TN office of Exit Realty Gateway South and I'm excited to be a part of this company with its many resources to help the customer/client find success in their quest.

 I started my real estate career in the late 1990s while living in Jackson, TN and I continue to work with buyers and sellers in Tennessee. And with our referral network we can help across the nation. My aim is to make the journey of my clients and customers to be one with as few bumps in the road as possible as they seek to find that new home or in selling their current home. The act of purchasing a home is one of the largest expenses an individual or family can face so it is important to work with a Realtor who understands that and is willing to go that second mile through the process. 

 

I am a husband, father and grandfather so I understand the dynamics of family, housing and location (not to mention that I was single prior to that so I love helping you folks, too). My wife and I live in Hollow Rock, TN (yes, it's a real place and there is a big hollow rock) and our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids live just a few minutes from us, so there is lots of time spent with "grands." I enjoy golf, fishing and most sports and my wife and I are huge Nashville Predators hockey fans. I am also the "old guy" bass player in a Contemporary Christian band called Caleb's Hill. 

 

Education, especially real estate education is very important to me, and to our customers whether they realize it or not, so I am always looking to stay current with the newest trends and legal issues in the real estate market as well as encouraging my agents to do the same.
