George Schodowski

From a young age, I developed a fascination with real estate that gradually grew into a deep passion. At the age of 16, I began working as a private consultant at EXIT Palmetto Real Estate Services. Shortly after graduating from high school, I had the honor of becoming the youngest Realtor in South Carolina. In my first two months as a licensed professional, I was fortunate to assist clients with transactions exceeding seven figures in home value. Co-founding the New Horizons Team led to the creation of EXIT Realty New Horizons, a successful brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina.

In addition to my work in real estate, I co-founded the Cola Guys Real Estate Podcast For The Average Joe, a platform dedicated to highlighting the Midlands community and providing valuable insights for first-time homebuyers.

My first year as a Realtor was filled with unexpected recognitions, such as being named a Top 20 Business Professional Under 40 by Lexington County, Top Producing Team and Rookie of the Year by EXIT Palmetto Real Estate Services, and inclusion in the CCRA Circle of Excellence. I was also honored with a motion by the State of South Carolina House of Representatives and recognized as the top producing agent for EXIT Realty New Horizons.

I actively contribute to the real estate community by serving on the CCRA Young Professionals Committee and the CCRA Service Committee. Additionally, I am a member of the Irmo Optimist Club, which supports the youth of the Midlands, and the Irmo Chamber of Commerce.

In my first year, I had the privilege of guiding 14 clients through successful home purchases and sales, achieving a total sales volume of over $5.3 million. I am deeply humbled by the trust placed in me by many first-time homebuyers and am acutely aware of the stress involved in the process. As I near the end of my second year, I am on track to surpass $10 million in sales.
