WHERE I WORK:

I am an Associate Broker at EXIT Landmark Realty, located in Lorton, Virginia, which is just about 20 minutes south of the District of Columbia. I am licensed only in Virginia. Most of my business is in residential sales and investments.

EXPERIENCE:

I have over 35 years of real estate experience encompassing sales of residential property, property management of large multifamily communities, REO preservation and sales, and investments. I have worked in large real estate corporations, such as, Charles E. Smith Management, and Freddie Mac. I decided to leave corporate life in 2003 to enter real estate sales. Now, I am a multi-million dollar producer in residential sales, who also teaches others how to be successful in real estate.
