Grace Gimenez Mendoza

Hello, my name is Grace Gimenez, and I am originally from Paraguay, "the Heart of Latin
America."
I speak SPANISH, ENGLISH, PORTUGUESE AND GUARANI.

I have a degree in International Logistics and Business Management from a college located in
Asunción. When I graduated, I used my degree in a career in dentistry sales. For five years I
have traveled to different countries include Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Bolivia,
Peru, and Canada and became a top sales representative for specialized dental equipment with
over 5 million dollars in sales.

In the United States I traveled to countless cities and during one trip I met my wonderful
husband. We have been together for six years and travel is a hobby of ours with trips planned
to Poland and Paraguay.

I have been in sales and customer service and always strive to do my best and to listen and
respond to each of my client?s specific needs. Building long-term relationships with my clients
is my goal and I guarantee only the best service. I am proud to be a part of the EXIT Realty
Leaders team, an EXIT Realty Corp franchise that has been owned and operated by the Wade
family since 1999.

When I am not at work, you might find me walking my eight-pound dog named Brutus. I also
enjoy working in my yard planting flowers and working in my garden. I also enjoy boating and
kayaking throughout Citrus County.

On Sunday, you will find me at Gulf to Lake Church Crystal River, thanking God for all the good
blessings He has given me.
