Either Buyers that I'm working with currently to find a home or Sellers that I have their home currently listed. I've never seen an agent offer this.

Real estate has changed. The way your home needs to be marketed has changed. You as the Buyer or Seller are much more aware & informed about what's going on in the market. Agents no longer are the only ones that have the information. Most agents don't like this. I LOVE IT! I want you to be informed.
