Hector Castillo joined EXIT Realty in February 2002 by purchasing the Sub-Franchisor Rights for Downstate NY which includes the 5 Boroughs and Long Island. He was Licensed in New York State as an Associate in June 1988 and became a Real Estate Broker in February 1992. During his Real Estate career, he worked with 3 other major Real Estate Franchise companies.

He realized that the Old Fashioned Conventional Real Estate models continue to be a 2 dimensional system known as Listing and Selling. At EXIT they offer a 3rd. dimension called Sponsoring and their Associates pay NO Desk Fees.

His decision to join EXIT Realty was quick, it took just 10 minutes during the introduction of EXIT to understand their business model. He soon noticed that the EXIT system it's a win, win in the business. He realized that with such a system, the Real Estate Industry automatically becomes a profession and it comes with a built in future. For the last 100 years, the Real Estate industry offers NO future to Brokers and Agents. Having NO Future in Real Estate is one of the main reasons why many of our people leave to other professions.
