Idalmis Perrone Aguero

From a very young age, Idalmis Perrone Aguero has had a nurturing compassion to help others; after gaining her first time home buyers and personal credit restoration after credit fraud as well as selling her second property experience, Idalmis was able to use these tools to further assist and guide others.

In 2017 Idalmis acquired her Real Estate License and immediately carried over her multiple years of Customer Service, Administrative and execution skills.  Idalmis effortlessly, with thoroughness was able successfully walk her clients through their own journey completing the process as first-time home buyers, first time sellers and renting apartments.

In 2018, she gained in-depth knowledge of credit restoration, financial education, and credit monitoring.  These skills aligned with her passion for helping people, further expanding her ability to support clients’ financial and real estate goals. 

With over a decade of experience in Administration, Customer Service, and Management roles, Idalmis has developed a comprehensive skill set that allows her to successfully navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.  She collaborates seamlessly with Loan Officers, Attorneys, Title Agents, Home Inspectors, Paralegals, and fellow Real Estate Professionals to ensure her clients have a smooth experience from start to finish.

Idalmis Perrone is a bi-lingual Salesperson fluent in both Spanish and English, and is a proud Bronx native currently residing in Westchester County.  Known for her high energy, vibrant personality, and ability to multitask, she is detail-oriented and committed to delivering top-tier service to every client.

Currently with Exit Realty DKC, Idalmis works out of the Throggs Neck office in The Bronx, NY.  She has represented clients across The Bronx and Westchester County and is eager to expand her expertise into the Commercial Real Estate space.  With her prior experience in Executive Administrative Management, Idalmis brings a unique blend of skills to her real estate practice, offering a highly personalized and professional service.
